GERMAN SPEAKING BUSINESS ANALYST

Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VO IS) and we’re looking for a   German Speaking Business Analyst       Your role in a nutshell.
Responsibility for end-to-end demand management processes within waterfall and agile projects.
Link between requestor, IT, development team and be the single point of contact for project stakeholder.
Clarification and description of demands, evaluation of benefits, identification and raising of risks and issues including definition of risk mitigating measurements.
What you’ll do.
•    Manage and lead projects  •    Demand SPoC for all involved parties •    Demand clarification, documentation and break down into Epics, Features and User Stories •    Optimization of the Vodafone IT application landscape •    Identification and evaluation of potential risks and issues •    Definition and tracking of KPIs •    Be part of agile teams and ceremonies •    Support internal and external test teams  •    Evaluation and approval of requirements and deliverables •    Communication and regular status updates to the senior management and stakeholders •    Creation and documentation of business processes and work instructions.
What you will bring to the team.
•    Fluent German and English language skills  •    2-3 years of project management, demand management or business analysis experience •    Communication and time management skills •    Decision-making and problem-solving skills •    Customer focus •    Telecom experience (desired) •    Experience of agile project methodologies (desired)     In return we provide you with.
