We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join the team.
In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote and sell our services, helping to expand our customer base while maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Proactively reach out to potential customers to present our services.
Maintain and update a comprehensive database of customer information.
Record call history and customer responses with detailed notes.
Follow up with customers consistently to ensure satisfaction.
Monitor competitors and develop effective sales strategies.
Address customer needs and inquiries, providing top-tier support.
What We Are Looking For.
Native level of German with fluent English.
Proven sales experience , preferably in outbound roles.
CRM experience for efficient customer management.
Strong business communication skills , both written and verbal.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented , with a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently , yet thrive in a team setting.
Business acumen with a knack for assessing various business models.
Customer-focused attitude, aiming to deliver an exceptional experience.
