Are you pionate about sales and eager to advance your career in a vibrant and diverse city Do you speak fluent German and have a good command of English (B2 level) If so we have an exciting opportunity for you in the lively city of Barcelona! As a German Speaking Sales Representative youll be an essential member of our dynamic sales team helping us connect with customers and broaden our market presence.
This position is ideal for those with some sales experience or those looking to start their career in sales.
Our hybrid work model offers the perfect blend of office and remote work with two days each week spent at our modern Barcelona office and the rest working from home! Responsibilities.
Client Engagement.
Proactively reach out to potential clients build strong relationships understand their needs and offer customized solutions that fit their requirements.
Sales Presentations.
Confidently present and promote our range of products and services to prospective customers highlighting key benefits and unique features to drive interest and sales.
Lead Management & Negotiation.
Manage your sales pipeline effectively follow up diligently on leads and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.
Market Research.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities identify new sales opportunities and provide strategic insights to the team.
Customer Support.
Deliver outstanding postsale support to ensure customer satisfaction address any issues promptly and foster longterm relationships that lead to repeat business.
Team Collaboration.
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies share valuable insights and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
Requirements.
Fluent in German.
Native or nearnative proficiency in German is essential.
Proficient in English.
B2 level English proficiency for effective communication with international colleagues and customers.
Sales Enthusiasm.
A pion for sales and a drive to achieve and exceed targets and goals.
Excellent Communication Ss.
Strong verbal and written communication ss to effectively engage and persuade customers.
Adaptability.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and quickly learn about our products and services.
Preferred Qualifications.
Previous experience in sales customer service or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
