Are you ready to lead the way in revolutionizing IT Services Category on a global scale? Join our dynamic team as the Global Procurement Category Head for IT Outsourcing Services and drive innovation, cost-efficiency, and excellence across our organization.
The primary purpose is to orchestrate and optimize the procurement strategy for IT outsourcing services on a global scale.
You will be the visionary leader responsible for shaping and implementing innovative sourcing strategies, driving cost savings, enhancing service quality, and fostering collaborative partnerships with key IT outsourcing providers.
Your role is pivotal in ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of technology and digital transformation by sourcing and managing IT services that enable our continued growth and success.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to.
• Category Strategy.
Develop and execute IT outsourcing procurement strategy.
• Supplier Relations.
Manage strategic partnerships and service provider relationships.
• Cost Savings.
Drive cost optimization initiatives.
• Risk Mitigation.
Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with IT outsourcing.
• Cross-functional Collaboration.
Work with IT, legal, and finance teams to align strategies with business goals.
• Team Leadership.
Lead and inspire a global team of procurement professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring efficient collaboration.

Role Requirements Key Requirements.
• IT Procurement expertise, category management and strategic sourcing (15 years +) • Cross cultural leadership experience • Experience in leading big strategic transformational IT programs; • In-depth Understanding of IT Supplier Landscape and industry dynamics.
• Effective Stakeholder Management • Excellent communication skills
