Notable companies within our portfolio include Praxis EMR, Holafly, MapVX, FullFlld, and Orchid Black, among others.Role Overview: The Global Head of Digital Marketing will design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and meet revenue targets across various channels, including SEO, Paid Media, Affiliate Marketing, Marketplaces, Email Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and Influencer Marketing. The role will focus on delivering strong P&L outcomes through these channels, building and leading a high-performance team, and aligning all activities with growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & PlanningDevelop and lead an integrated digital marketing strategy that maximizes user acquisition across SEO, Paid Media, Affiliate Marketing, Marketplaces, Email Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and Influencer Marketing, with a particular emphasis on growth in Asian markets.Set clear, measurable goals and KPIs for each channel, managing performance against P&L targets to drive top-line revenue.Channel ManagementSEO: Oversee SEO efforts to increase organic visibility, including technical SEO, content strategy, and optimization initiatives.Paid Media: Manage paid advertising across Google, social media, and other platforms to achieve optimal customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).Affiliate Marketing: Grow and manage an affiliate program to drive referrals and expand market reach, maximizing partnership ROI.Marketplaces: Drive acquisition through marketplace platforms, with a focus on the Asian market, ensuring product listings and promotions are optimized for conversion.Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, re-engage customers, and improve retention rates.Inbound Marketing: Leverage inbound marketing tactics to attract qualified leads through content creation, SEO-driven blogs, and educational resources.Influencer Marketing: Build and manage relationships with influencers to amplify brand awareness and reach new audiences.Team Leadership & DevelopmentBuild, mentor, and lead a team of digital marketing specialists across all channels, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Promote best practices, cross-training, and ongoing development to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging digital strategies.Performance Analysis & OptimizationRegularly evaluate channel performance, analyzing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and making data-driven adjustments to maximize results.Use analytics tools to monitor KPIs, derive insights, and provide actionable data to stakeholders on performance against revenue targets.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.Act as a digital marketing advocate, promoting best practices and knowledge-sharing across departments.Budget ManagementOversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and that all campaigns contribute to profitability goals.Qualifications:Proven track record driving Marketing P&Ls across digital marketing channels to at least $50M USD in ARR.Demonstrated of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in leadership roles across multiple channels, particularly for high-growth companies.Strong Direct to Consumer expertise in SEO, Paid Media, Affiliate Marketing, Marketplaces, Email Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and Influencer Marketing, with experience in Travel Tech industries as a plus.Demonstrated success in managing P&L and achieving revenue targets.Proven ability to build and lead high-performance marketing teams.Proficiency with analytics and advertising tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads).Key Competencies:Strategic Vision: Strong ability to design and execute a cross-channel marketing strategy for growth and revenue.Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in leveraging data for optimizations and strategy refinements.Leadership: Proven track record of inspiring and managing teams to deliver on objectives.Adaptability: Able to navigate and innovate in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
