Descripción As the Global Head of HR (m/f/d), you will be at the heart of the company's global expansion.
Oversee the entire HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and retention Lead a global HR team, including talent acquisition specialists Manage recruitment efforts, ensuring the company attracts top talent in the rapidly evolving Web3 industry Collaborate closely with C-level executives to shape the company's HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives Foster a positive and productive work environment through innovative team-building activities and conflict management strategies ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Web3 industry experience is a Must! 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a people management role A track record of success in international HR, focusing on creating and nurturing diverse, global teams A strategic mindset and the ability to implement HR processes that align with business goals and drive organizational success Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on conflict resolution and team-building A hands-on background in recruitment Fluency in additional languages is a plus Location.
