En } ReCodme ( aceleramos el desarrollo tecnológico de nuestros clientes y colaboradores a través de soluciones especializadas, aportando valor en su continuidad y crecimiento.Creemos en la cercanía con nuestras personas y en el valor añadido que aportan a nuestro equipo y proyectos. ¡Un ReCoder es un aficionado de la tecnología, es [la clave de nuestro éxito], la clave de nuestra Fuerza!”.Actualmente estamos buscando un/a Global IT Demand Planner, para incorporarse con nosotros al proyecto de uno de nuestros clientes en modalidad hibrido.¿Qué necesitas para formar parte de este proyecto?Experience:Proven experience in demand planning or IT resource management, preferably in a retail organization.Proficiency in portfolio management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.Experience working with global teamsProven experience using MS Excel and other tools to structure analysis and MS PowerPoint and others to present complex findingsRequired Skills:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, such as COBIT or ITIL, and experience implementing governance processes preferred.Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or portfolio management (e.g., PfMP) is a plus.Highly computer literateExcellent verbal, written and presentation skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and a customer focused approachAble to work both individually and as part of a teamAble to prioritise, organise and deliver a complex and changing workload under pressure, independently and to tight deadlinesAbility to guide and influence the development of junior colleagues through best practice in the disciplineExperience of change management practicesExperience of project management practicesIdiomas:Ingles C1 - Proyecto 100% en inglesEspañolModalidad: Hibrida en Madrid¿Estás listo para esta fuerza?
