At Recodme we focus on accelerating the technological development of our customers and partners through specialized solutions, providing value, continuity and growth.We are currently looking for a Global IT Procurement & Sourcing (Specialist & Analyst) to join one of our projects in an retail client in Madrid.What will be your functions?Data analysis and reportingReviewing and analyzing agreements and purchase orders.Forecasting and demand planning. Vendor Performance Monitoring.Compliance and risk management. Supplier evaluation and selectionContract negotiationDeveloping sourcing demand plans, Conducting market research on IT products and services, Managing complex competitive events autonomously (RFX: Request for Proposal, Request for Information, Request for Quotation)Managing various agreements such as Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), etc. Supporting the contract lifecycle managementCollaborating closely with the legal department to ensure appropriate legal protectionWhat are the requirements?Dual background in finance and technology, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT procurement. (Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Supply Chain)Managing procurement data analysis and reporting, forecasting and demand planning, RFPs management, and agreements management. Experience in IT sourcing, along with a strong commitment to procurement processes and compliance, is essentialA master’s degree or relevant certifications would be advantageous.
