GLOBAL NETWORK STRATEGY ANALYST

This role will work with other members of the Global Network Strategy to assist them in a variety of tasks that make meaningfully impact and contribution to the overall Network Team.
The focus of this role is tactical execution, taking a strategic vision and roadmap with delineated deliverables and accomplishing assigned work effectively and efficiently.

Head of Global Network Strategy DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supports the ongoing management and refinement of user-friendly tools for file storage (existing SharePoint sites and email inboxes) and management across all Network functions Assembles and shares best practices from across Cigna Healthcare International and domestic (e.
., KnowledgeXchange database, access requirements and capabilities, and tools) Analyzes data and helps maintain City Strategy playbooks Works with Head of Global Network Strategy to analyze existing third-party administrator (TPA) relationships and support strategic management and processes with TPAs Manages database of data required for updates to presentations articulating Network strategies Analyzes and coordinates with Head of Global Network Strategy updates to the PADU (Preferred, Alternatively Acceptable, Discouraged, and Unacceptable) contract language library to various Medical Services Agreement (MSA) contract templates Supports Provider Segmentation & Directional Care Manager with quality reporting and material creation for implementing directional care strategies tailored to the various books of business Assists with existing tools and resources, and proactively initiates the development of tools that are not available, to ensure contract compliance Supports Provider Relations Lead Analyst with data analysis and project support as pertains to the Provider Relationship Management (PRM) and Provider Information Management System (PIMS) databases Helps coordinate updates, translation coordination, and project management of contractual templates, terms, and contract management system Provides updates to standard operating procedures and training guides Other duties as assigned ROLE REQUIREMENTS A degree-level education in business, finance, project management, healthcare management, or related field is preferred but may be offset by meaningful work experience Demonstrated expertise using Excel and at a minimum intermediate level required (e.
., PIVOT tables and reporting, model development) Working knowledge of data visualization tools, especially Tableau, is preferred Consulting experience is desirable but not required Experience working with international healthcare systems and insurance strongly desired Proven analytical skills, organization, and delivery is required A capacity to learn quickly and offer innovative thinking to realize solutions is required PERSONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Must be able to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment Demonstrable analytical ability, as well as problem-solving abilities Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation communication skills Energetic and enthusiastic team-player Ability to speak and write in languages other than English is a value add but not preferred/required Experience of collaborating with remote teams in a complex, matrixed organization is required Excellent database management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities ENVIRONMENT The demanding nature of the role will require the individual to work under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines.
Working hours are predominantly 9am-5pm (depending on the candidate’s place of residence) but sometimes flexibility will be required to support project work with teams across multiple time zones.
Willing to travel (up to 10%) REGULATORY OBLIGATIONS (to be in all job descriptions) Some roles are included in the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR), the basic principle of the Senior Managers Regime is that of responsibility and accountability.

Fulfilment of PRA/FCA requirements in respect of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime, including ongoing compliance with fitness and propriety obligations.
Be open and transparent with all relevant governance committees, including the Board, ensuring they are adequately apprised of all significant matters about which they should be made aware.
Accountable for the management of risks inherent in functional area of responsibility and for implementing risk management systems and controls that provide a suitable operational environment to support the delivery of strategic objectives.
