About the Company This company engages in the exploration production transportation and sale of crude oil and natural gas.

Upstream Downstream and Corporate.
The Upstream segment includes crude oil natural gas and natural gas liquids exploration field development and production.
The Downstream segment focuses on refining logistics power generation and the marketing of crude oil petroleum and petrochemical products and related services to international and domestic customers.
The Corporate segment offers supporting services including human resources finance and information technology.
The company was founded on May and is headquartered in Dhahran Saudi Arabia.
Job Summary We are seeking a Sr Operations Engineer to join the West Hub Division of the LTC Business & Project Development Department.
The division will be primarily responsible for the activities of West HUB Project Development under the Liquid to Chemicals Program (LTC) and drive the development of project assessment and the delivery of project requirements during FEL I FEL II and FEL III.
Additionally the function will be solely responsible for leading the formation & activities of the Integrated Project Team (ITP) the formation of project steering committee or equivalent committees to drive major project decisions.
The candidate will ensure implementation of work in accordance with the project scope set plans and handle contingencies that arise during execution.
Responsibilities.
Strong chemicals and steam cracker operational experience.
Background in refinery and chemicals integration.
Demonstrated understanding of process yields qualities economics and capital efficiency.
Strong experience in capital project development for chemicals plants particularly in PreFEED/FEED stages.
Understanding of execution and commercial aspects in the industry.
Requirements.
This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran Saudi Arabia.
Hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering from a recognized and approved program.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Refining & Chemicals business and their integration.
Previous experience in Project Engineering Design and Execution for chemicals plants.
