If you want to be part of an international, ambitious, and challenging environment at the biggest ground handling organization of the world, please have a look at the job profile below and apply when you are interested.Job SummaryThe Global Process Owner & Transformation Lead Procure-2-Pay is responsible for driving the implementation, governance and improvement of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes across the organization. He/she must collaborate with functional departments (Procurement, Finance,IT) and the business on global, regional and country level to rollout standard Procure-to-Pay processes & tool. And he/she is responsible to drive continuous process improvement, ensuring all internal and external regulations are met, while capable of delivering excellent value to the business in line with agreed operating targets. Job ResponsibilitiesDrive global implementation of standardized best in class Procure-to-Pay processes and enabling technologies in alignment with relevant stakeholdersLead the global roll-out program (end-2-end) for the standard Procure-to-Pay solutionEnable change and adoption of new processes and compliance to new standards Ensure constant alignment with the wider IT application landscape (like SAP) and IT stakeholders Act as expert and focal point for the development and enhancement of the Procure-to-Pay solution and provide support to super-users / stakeholders in the countriesSafeguard alignment with initiatives in Vendor Management, Sourcing and Contract Management driven by the Strategic Procurement team to achieve common objectives Design and implement end-to-end process performance indicators and drive regular performance reviews to identify & prioritize optimization potentialsIdentify, plan & implement process optimization and continuous improvement initiativesTranslate process change requirements & improvements into IT requirementsSupport the creation or change of policies, guidelines, procedures and work instructionsCollaborate with different departments from Procurement, Finance, IT and the business to ensure objectives are achieved Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders from the Procure-to-Pay Shared Services operations to support Qualifications and CompetenciesUniversity Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Procurement / Supply Chain Management or related fieldDeep understanding of Procure-to-Pay processesExperience as Process Owner with solid background in process management, operational excellence and project management Experience in BPO/Shared ServicesExperience of working with and/or rolling out a Procure-to-Pay solution (with preference of Zycus or similar vendors) Experience with SAP Experience in external compliance requirements for Procure-to-Pay related processesStrong conceptual and analytical skills in the optimization of processes Excellent learning agility and speed, constantly challenging status-quo and looking for best in class solutions/innovationsDemonstrable ability to work with key stakeholders in multiple countries and at various levels to get buy-in and commitmentHands-on person with drive, persistence and can-do-attitude working with limited resourcesExcellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate position with clarity at all levels of a complex organizationHigh energy, high motivation High proficiency in spoken and written English as the corporate languageYour next stepWhen you are looking for this key position as a Global Process Owner & Transformation Lead Procure-2-Pay at a growing and changing international group that is headquartered in Zurich, we invite you to apply.
