¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto? Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and learning events.
Schedule training sessions, book venues, and manage resources required for training delivery when applicable.
Allocate trainers' resources, resolve schedule conflicts and manage attendance, or re-scheduling.
Manage the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) Monitor LMS usage, track training completion, and generate reports on training metrics.
Provide technical support and training to employees on LMS usage and functionality.
Administrate the different tools and platforms used by the Talent Teams for your scope Support employees requests Support the Talent teams with data and reporting Administer post-training evaluations and surveys to gather feedback from participants.
Analyze training effectiveness and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Make recommendations for enhancements to training programs based on feedback and evaluation results.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to training and development.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and completion certificates.
Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits or compliance reviews.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? First experience in coordinating programs within a corporate or organizational setting.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
Proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish is required.
