Then we want to work with you.Role Description:Looking to jumpstart your career in business development with one of the world's most innovative companies? As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Anteriad, you'll have the exciting opportunity to represent Google and its groundbreaking IT solutions to IT managers across the United States.Here's what you'll do:--> Engage with key decision-makers: Connect with IT managers to understand their current tech setup.--> Spark interest: Present Google's innovative IT solutions and show how they can transform businesses.--> Create high-value opportunities: Set up meetings between prospects and Google's sales experts to move the conversation forward.With our signature Warm Handover™, you'll collaborate closely with Google's top sales professionals, gaining exclusive industry insights and building a network of IT decision-makers around the globe.Uncapped Commission System:Our commission system means the more leads you generate, the more money you earn, without a cap. As a BDR at Anteriad, you make your own luck.Qualifications:- C2 English- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Target-driven mentality & can-do attitude- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- The place of residence must be located in the Madrid region (Comunidad de Madrid)- Able to work legally in Spain for at least 30 hours per week (student visas and 'auxiliares de conversación' settings can be considered)- Experience in lead generation and business development is a plus- Experience with Google Products is a plusSchedule:Monday - Friday 14:00-20:00What we offer:- Permanent or temporary contract (depending on one's eligibility to work in Spain)- Monthly base salary (ca. 1680€) + Uncapped commission system- Option to work some days from home under the condition of company regulations- Internal training provided by our Learning & Development Department- Good working atmosphere - people from all over the world- Free transportation from Moncloa and from El Pinar de las Rozas' Cercanías Station by Corporate Bus.- Access to a company physiotherapist- Free access to Learning platform (Skillsoft's Percipio)- Free Brunch-BBQ on Friday before work.Anteriad promotes a work environment open for all, we encourage candidates with disabilities to apply.
