Title and Summary Graduate Launch Program , Sales & Business Development – Madrid, Spain Mastercard Launch Mastercard Launch is an 18-month global development program providing recent graduates with opportunities and exposure.
You will not only enhance your professional growth and skills in a global setting, you'll launch your Mastercard career.
Launchers will undertake 2x 9-month rotations to gain a broaden skillset and exposure to the business and different career opportunities.

Business Development Business Development focuses on growing revenue by identifying and pursuing opportunities with new or existing customers/markets.
It also focuses on growing market share, market acceptance, the number of customer touch points, and MasterCard's regional footprint.
We have Business Development opportunities in the following teams.
• European Public Sector – Aims to help the public sector find practical solutions to solve important government challenges, driving greater inclusion and accelerating operational efficiencies.
This team may be suited to someone with a passion for Public Sector and studying e.
.
International Relations, Politics or similar degrees.
• Fintech & Digital Partners – Supporting the Fintech Strategy & Business Development function across the Western European markets, working with stakeholders throughout these partner organizations to drive incremental Mastercard volume and future-proofing our business.
Sales Sales teams use analytical and problem-solving skills to provide analyses and solutions that satisfy business and customer needs and inform strategy development.
They leverage data tools to develop revenue and expense benchmarks and performance trends and maintain and update customer and sales data and work collaboratively across various internal teams to support a variety of business initiatives and customer queries.
We have Sales opportunities in the following teams.
• Retail & Commerce - Establishes strong internal relationships within Mastercard to enable customers to achieve their business goals and differentiate from competitors, leveraging on Mastercard's brand sponsorship properties and product management resources to deliver exceptional customer value.
• Digital Partners – Activity across the Fintech & Acquiring space, establishing strong internal relationships within Mastercard to enable customers achieve their business goals and differentiate from competitors, leveraging on Mastercard marketing & product assets to ensure customer life-time value and achieve the vertical objectives.
• Financial Institutions – Analysing customer business strategies and design tactical plans to enhance customer profitability relying on Mastercard products and services.
• Mastercard Move - A product innovation designed to facilitate near real-time, predictable, and transparent commercial Cross-Border payments.
It aims to simplify operations, optimize liquidity, reduce counterparty risk, and provide end-to-end visibility for banks and their customers.
The role will support the Regional and Divisional leads by crafting compelling value propositions, developing and supporting go-to-market strategies by vertical, and collaborating with local account management teams & customer solutions centres.

Business, Management, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar/related degrees.
