The role is based in Madrid, where the CF&A team is mainly focused on Food, Beverage and Agribusinesses, covering the whole food value chain. The responsibility of this team is to provide financing solutions and advisory services to our clients and our way of working is in very close cooperation with other departments of the bank, leveraging our sector expertise and network.Your key responsibilities:As a Graduate you will be involved in transactions which have a large impact on our clients. You work closely together with team members in Madrid and other locations, and with various product specialists across ING. Your main tasks consist of:For business development activities: (a) drafting marketing materials including pitch books and presentations, (b) detailed analysis of targets including potential financing structures, and (c) market research and competitor analysis.For transaction execution activities: (a) financial modelling, rating and credit analysis, (b) reviewing due diligence reports, (c) day-to-day process coordination and communication with relevant stakeholders, both external (clients and other advisers) and internal (corporate finance, syndications, legal, risk, compliance), (d) assisting in the drafting of transaction documentation, and (e) processing of documents for and managing internal credit approvals.Portfolio management activities and monitoring sector information and collection of market data and trendsWhat are we looking for?Want to know if this job is made for you?
