We organize ourselves into expert knowledge Units that collaborate with each other.That's why we are looking for curious individuals who are motivated by challenges and eager to grow personally and professionally, to join our team and make a positive impact on the world through technology.ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?We want you to be a part of our team, from Barcelona, as GRC Senior Consultant.WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?Support in Governance Framework Implementation: Assist senior consultants in implementing governance frameworks within the GRC software. Help ensure that the software aligns with the organization's governance policies and procedures.Risk Management Assistance: Support the development and implementation of risk management processes in the software. Help collect and analyze data for risk assessments, gather information from various departments, and assist in maintaining the risk register by recording identified risks and mitigation actions.Compliance Monitoring Support: Assist in implementing compliance monitoring activities using the tool. Help ensure that the organization adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies by assisting with audits and assessments within the software platform.Data Collection and Analysis: Help gather and input data into the GRC software for risk assessments, compliance audits, and other GRC-related activities. Ensure data is accurately entered and maintained in the system.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with basic trends, regulations, and best practices in GRC software solutions. Participate in professional development activities, such as training courses and certifications.WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?Technical engineering or similarWorking experience with GRC Tools and software, for example: OneTrust, SAI360, Archer, Metricstream, StandardFusion, Riskonnect, OpenPagesAnalytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex situations, identify risks, and develop effective solutions.Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders at all levels.Experience using reporting tools such as MS Power BI or any otherKnowledge of SQL and databases (such as MS Access)Knowledge of programming or scripting languages relevant to the software environmentFamiliarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).Ability to understand, speak and write English (C1 level for both)German will be a plusWHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?A diverse team.
