Main Responsibilities Supervise daily financial transactions (AP, AR, GL, BR) Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards Coordinate corporate tax preparation and assist external auditors during annual audits Identify and recommend updates to enhance accounting processes and procedures Manage monthly closing calendars for the group subsidiaries and ensure timely reporting processes Manage the intercompany process and contribute to cash forecasting and budgeting Monitor and manage the group's cash position, including currency sales and bank relationships Establish and maintain accounting procedures for internal control, acting as an SAP key user Oversee third-party accounting providers Core Skills/experience Degree in Economics/Finance/Business Administration or similar education 5+ years of hands-on experience in all the relevant functions within finance (accounting, consolidation, taxes, reporting, etc) or 5 years in auditing Extensive knowledge and experience with Spanish and French GAAP Proficiency with SAP Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular of Excel Good communication skills, critical thinking, teamwork, and attention to detail Adaptability to handle varied tasks in a start-up environment Self-motivated, autonomous, with a strong work ethic, and willing to roll-up one's sleeves to get the job done
