From that moment on you are responsible for the organization of the event and for everything that comes with it.
You really think of everything! You communicate with the contact person, arrange all special wishes, communicate with international parties, advise on all options, and think along with both the contact person of the booking and your colleagues from the operational departments.
You ensure that all information ends up in the right places within the operational departments, to guarantee guests a unique experience in your hotel.
