About the Role.
An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Relations Agent position to join our Rooms Department at Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are.
About you.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications.
Provide a warm, professional welcome and comprehensive information about the hotel, ensuring a positive first impression in line with LQA, Forbes, and FHR standards.
Handle and coordinate guest requests efficiently, collaborating with other departments to deliver personalized and seamless service.
Prepare for and personally greet VIP guests, ensuring their stay is tailored to their preferences and exceeds luxury service expectations.
Engage with guests throughout their stay to anticipate and address needs, ensuring flawless service and high guest satisfaction.
Manage guest complaints with sensitivity and urgency, following service recovery protocols to achieve positive outcomes and enhance guest experience.
Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and feedback, assisting in reporting and improving service quality based on guest insights.
Qualification & Experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel front office or customer service role, with a strong background in hospitality operations.
Previous experience in a 5-star or luxury hotel environment preferred, with knowledge of LQA, Forbes, and FHR standards.
Skills & Competencies.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
Proficiency in hotel management software (e.
., Opera, Protel) and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Impeccable grooming and professional appearance aligned with 5-star luxury standards.
Proactive, guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences.
Calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
