Under the guidance of the Outlet Manager, youll be a key player in crafting our awesome beverage lineup and making our place a total hit.
Your leadership, creativity behind the bar, and drive to excellence are what make our guests keep coming back for more.
rovide clear guidance and direction to the bar team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
ead by example in crafting innovative and high-quality cocktails that align with our brand and what our customers love.
rain bartenders on our unique recipes, mixing techniques, and presentation standards to ensure consistency in drink preparation and presentation.
eam up with management to develop and update the cocktail menu, ensuring it reflects our brand identity and current beverage trends.
ork closely with the kitchen team to make sure our drinks and food are a match made in heaven.
onduct regular inspections of the bar area and equipment to ensure everythings running smoothly.
versee cash handling procedures, register reconciliation, keeping our records spot on.
ualificationsWhat we are looking for...+2 years of experience in hospitality within beverage.
trong spirits knowledgeSome college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management valuable.
