HEAD BARTENDER - TIVOLI TENERIFE LA CALETA RESORT

We are recruiting BARS MANAGER (M/F) We have more than 10 Restaurants & Bars and some of the best Summer Spots in Tenerife, including the renowned concepts Seen / Yakuza /Guilty by Olivier, where you can apply your knowledge, professional experience and develop your skills.
ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES.
As Bar Manager (M/F), you will report directly to the F&B Director and will be responsible for ensuring the planning, coordination and supervision of the teams and the bar service, customer service, product advice in order to maximize consumption and will act as an ambassador for the bar and the rest of the hotel's outlets in order to guarantee a service of quality and excellence, exceeding customer expectations.

4 or 5 star hotels or superior restaurants/bars - Training new employees on company procedures and policies - Creating new Cocktail & Spirits offer for every outlet in the resort.
- Overseeing the inventory of liquor in the bars, ordering new supplies when necessary, and organizing storage space for bottles - Managing all bars operations including staff scheduling, inventory, ordering supplies, and creating drink specials - Ensuring that customers receive prompt attention from waitstaff and bartenders - Maintaining cleanliness of bar area and equipment to ensure sanitary conditions for patrons - Knowledge of Spanish and English and preference for another Foreign Language (fluent in speaking).
- Minimum 12.
year of schooling and/or Professional Course adapted to the function - Knowledge of AHCCP hygiene and safety standards - Computer skills.
