Would you like to be part of a company that offers you professional and personal development, accompanied by a career plan, dedicating yourself to what you really like?If you are a restless and courageous person who enjoys taking on new challenges, then this opportunity is for you.We are a company with a clear focus on growth, we rely on our values to act with integrity and transparency, turning creativity into opportunity, through a diverse company, in which we develop the potential of each employee.We are committed to equal opportunities between women and men, we are committed to equality in our positions.For our HQ office in Madrid, we are looking for a Head Digital Services IBERIA who will be responsible for overseeing, developing, and executing our digital strategies locally, ensuring the seamless operation and growth of our digital services.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of local digital strategies that align with business goals, enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and foster innovation through technology.Collaborate closely with the R&D team to create and execute a local go-to-market strategy and product portfolio roadmap.Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency using new technologies and digital services.Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team by driving the use of agile methodologies and collaborative frameworks.Ensure compliance of all digital services with both local and international regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal company policies.Stay ahead of emerging technologies, including AI, and integrate them into the company’s digital strategies.Professional Experience:8-10 years of experience in technology (software development, IT service providers, or digital services), or BPO environments, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles at a commercial or delivery level, reporting directly to a country CEO.Requirements:Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of data management tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI).Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with consulting experience preferred.English proficiency at B2-C1 level, with additional languages such as French or Italian considered an asset.Key Competencies:Strong innovation mindset and technological vision.Customer-centric with a focus on enhancing user experience.Strategic thinker with a results-driven, disruptive approach.Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
