POSITION SUMMARY As the Head Hostess for the Palace restaurants and bars, you are the first and most lasting impression for guests, embodying the glamour and elegance of this iconic property.
Your role is to be an ambassador of the outlets, ensuring each guest feels recognized and valued.
A primary responsibility is building strong guest loyalty by personally greeting and remembering regular patrons, addressing them by their last names as often as possible, and providing an elevated, personalised experience.
The Head Hostess leads by example, maintaining a polished appearance, setting the tone for the service team, and ensuring that the environment reflects the sophisticated ambience of the Palace.
Your goal is to create an extraordinary welcoming experience, fostering guest loyalty and ensuring the team presents themselves with poise and professionalism.
