This role requires an experienced leader with a solid background in IT, preferably with exposure to ESG, who can build and scale the business from scratch in a competitive market.
• Strategic Planning.
Develop and execute the operational strategy for the ESG product, ensuring alignment with Azeus’s overall business goals.
• Business Development.
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, drive go-to market strategies and establish key partnerships to fuel business growth.
• Product Development.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define product requirements, oversee development, and ensure the product meets market needs.
• Operational Leadership.
Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Financial Management.
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to drive efficiency and meet financial objectives.
• Customer Engagement.
Engage with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure the product delivers exceptional value.
• Risk Management.
Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with launching and scaling the product.
• Regulatory Compliance.
Ensure the product adheres to relevant regulations and standards, particularly in the ESG domain.
