This is a brand-new role working for Saint Gobain Formula.
Saint-Gobain Formula is a leading supplier of high-performance industrial plaster and gypsum products.
We aim to be the worldwide leader in the specialist gypsum and plasters industry, with leading product brands in all markets.
The digital roadmap has been set but you’ll be given the autonomy to make this role your own.
You'll be responsible for working with senior stakeholders nationally and internationally.
We have some exciting projects you’ll be involved in i.
., being a key part of the new ERP being installed across the brand, getting involved in modernising systems (both hardware & software) and much more.
What we ask for in return is a good technical background both digital & IT, experience of coaching and leading a team and having your individual input into making the world a better home.
Formula operates in the UK, Germany & France, so travelling to these sites will be required.
What we’re looking for.
Embraces innovation and has experience in identifying and implementing new technologies and digital solutions to drive business growth.
You'll come from a manufacturing, automotive or warehouse distribution background Able to influence senior stakeholders for change.
Experience of leading a team, providing guidance, coaching and support to team members A self-starter who takes initiative, demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving, and can work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Being ‘hands on’- Not just providing strategic leadership but also getting things done Driving Licence- (occasional international travel required) What you will be doing.
To oversee and drive the strategic use of digital and information technologies within Saint-Gobain Formula in close coordination and alignment with Saint-Gobain Group Digital and IT teams.
Overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers.
This also involves ensuring smooth operations, high availability, and data security.
In collaboration with the Project Leader, and as part of the project team, be the key user for the new ERP implementation project.
Manage the ongoing support for the systems.
Keeping Digital Transformation Roadmap up to date and aligned with the business priorities and leading digital transformation efforts by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and automation, to streamline processes, improve user satisfaction and efficiency   ¿Es este trabajo para ti?
