HEAD OF DIGITAL COMMERCIAL

What you’ll do Job Summary.
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven and strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset, able to align cross-functional teams to exceed business goals.
This role is focused on driving commercial success through our online sales channels developing the digital platforms (site & app) and to increase the adoption rate of these digital channels in Romania.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, with a keen understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and sales strategies.
In this role, you’ll.
Design and optimize customer journeys that deliver measurable impact, from eCare platforms to seamless eCommerce experiences.
Drive digital sales to new heights—our ideal candidate has a proven record of achieving growth in sales performance.
Boost customer satisfaction with transformative strategies, like elevating NPS.
Lead with data-driven insights, optimizing media investments for maximum ROI and scaling app engagement to reach the highest of the eligible customer base.
Who you are Qualifications.
Experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a focus on commercial activities (telco/tech industries is a plus); Education.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; post-graduate studies are a plus Skills.
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving online sales growth.
Knowledge.
In-depth understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer behavior.
