Join Saint Gobain Interior Solutions as Head of Digital Solutions to lead our transformation and ensure our customers always stay ahead! This is a permanent role to be based in East Leake, hybrid working.
You’ll be responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and implementation of innovative digital solutions that drive business growth and transform the customer experience.
You’ll also lead the digital solutions team to identify opportunities for digital enhancements, and innovations, manage the lifecycle of digital products and services and align digital strategies to business objectives.
What will I be doing? Managing the digital product and service portfolios, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensuring the successful execution of digital strategies to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Managing the digital customer journey, ensuring the usability and accessibility of digital platforms, and continuously improving digital services and solutions based on customer feedback and analytics.
Responsible for development of SGIS online platforms and presence, including recommending consistent innovation for the SGIS websites.
Responsible for the SGIS Product Information Management system as a 'single source of truth' for product and specification data shared with customers.
Identifying new data that can be added to PIM to continually improve our data provision and competitive advantage.
What will I need to be considered? Strong background in digital transformation, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for driving customer satisfaction through cutting-edge digital experiences.
proven track record of successfully creating and implementing a digital change agenda.
wealth of experience in designing digital products and services that solve both conventional and complex business solutions.
superb interpersonal skills to generate buy-in to the digital roadmap across the business, with experience of leading an innovative team.
