Our mission is to drive innovation and deliver high-performance products that enhance our value proposition to the leading OEM global customers.Job briefThe Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the positioning and awareness of our brands on a global scale. The successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive growth in the automotive and industrial sector. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of corporate, trade, and event marketing, and the ability to adapt strategies across different markets and cultures.Key Roles and Functions: Brand Strategy Development:Define and implement brand strategies that enhance brand equity and visibilityConduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.Develop and manage brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.Corporate Marketing:Lead internal marketing initiatives to foster a cohesive and motivated workforce.Develop and execute corporate marketing campaigns that reinforce the company's mission, vision, and values.Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of internal and external messaging.Trade Marketing:Design and implement trade marketing strategies to support sales efforts and increase market share.Develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the needs of OE and IAM customers.Work closely with sales teams to create and execute marketing programs that drive customer engagement and loyalty.Events and Exhibitions:Plan and manage participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and other events.Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including booth design, marketing collateral, and on-site execution.Measure and analyze the impact of event participation to optimize future efforts.Collaboration and Leadership:Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, product development, and other departments.Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.Communications:Internal Communication: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and interdepartmental information flow through newsletters, memos, and other internal communication channels.External Communication: Craft and execute plans to convey the company’s brand message through high-quality content on the website, social media, and email campaigns, optimizing outreach based on communication metrics.Public Relations (PR): Build and maintain media relationships, manage press releases and events, and handle crisis communication to uphold and enhance Fersa Bearings' public image and reputation.Qualifications and Experience:Degree in marketing, business or relevant fieldFluent proficiency in spoken and written English language.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the automotive or industrial sectors.Proven track record in brand strategy development and execution.Preferably, experience in B2B and fast-growth environments.Strong understanding of both OE and IAM markets.Experience in corporate, trade, and event marketing.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities.We offer you:A dynamic and multicultural working environment that fosters teamwork, learning, and professional growth.Flexible schedules.Work with cutting-edge technologies in the industry.A performance-oriented salary with additional social benefits.Be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence, personal responsibility and independent work in a teamBeing a part of our team means that you will be working alongside a fantastic group of competitive individuals who always strive for growth.
