We achieved this through our team of entrepreneurial, young, nonconformist, and passionate professionals who care deeply about food and sustainability.The brand is currently entering and quickly growing in new markets as Portugal, Romania, Poland, Czech RepublicMoldovia, Greece, Cyprus, Costa Rica, fJapan, ocusing on growing our strategy internationally.What are we looking for?We are looking for a passionate, creative and strategic Marketing Director to join our team. As Marketing Director, you will be responsible for creating, planning and executing the strategic marketing plan to boost growth and brand awareness.You will work closely with the CEO, management team, agencies and the marketing team to analyse the buyer person and market, create innovative campaigns, identify market opportunities and ensure brand awareness and customer satisfaction.Which will be your key responsibilities?Strategic Planning: developing a marketing strategy aligning the brand goals and objectives and propose new media.Brand Management: building and maintaining a strong brand image for SMILEAT and TRIBOO (our toddler brand). Create the strategy of contest and supervise the tone of voice.Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote the brand and evaluate the results.Market Research: Behaviour market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.Digital Marketing: Defining the digital strategy with the Social Media ManagerDesign: The head of design and his team will report you. Off-line (including packaging) and on-line.Events: Manage and propose events such as Baby Fair to promote the products.Team Leadership: Supervise, train and support the marketing team. You will have a team of 8 people (Social Media Manager, Content Manager, CM, International Marketing and 4 designers)Budgeting and Resource Management: Manage the marketing budget.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective execution.PR Strategy: Maintaining a positive corporate imageWhat do you bring?At least 5 years of experience as a B2C Marketing Director or similar role.3 years of experience in Food Brand. Trade Marketing knowledge is a plus.Experience working in a start-up/scale-upProven ability to build a brand and/or execute a rebrand in the pastExperience collaborating with agencies and freelancersStrong skills in strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns.Ability to analyse data and metrics to make informed decisions.Excellent communication skills and team player spirit.Advanced written and verbal English skills.Experience in Digital Marketing (social media, influencer marketing, paid media, in-bound marketing) is a plus.What do we offer?Dynamic and young work environment and great workplace atmosphere.Permanent contract.Flexible payment plan (ticket restaurant, transport card, nursery ticket, health insurance).Employee training.60 flexible teleworking days.Team events.Beautiful office in the heart of Madrid with the coffee or teaSave money with corporate discounts
