🔵 Head of Marketing // 40k-50k€ Annual salary // Hybrid work.We are looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive brand growth 🚀. This role involves developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, analysing market trends, and optimising campaigns to ensure customer engagement and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, proficiency in marketing technologies, and a data-driven approach to achieving success.Key Responsibilities1. Leadership and Team ManagementProvide leadership for the marketing team.Hire, manage & develop the evolving marketing team.Conduct periodic performance reviews and offer constructive feedback for skill development in the future, and assist with goal setting and KPIs.Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with the right strategy for the business.2. Marketing Strategy DevelopmentLead the development and execution of marketing strategies, encompassing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social networks, and display/search advertising campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department.Design and implement customer acquisition campaigns across various channels, focusing on acquiring new leads and expanding the active customer base.Coordinate cross-channel campaigns to optimize customer engagement and activity, ensuring cohesive messaging and brand communication.Ensure consistent and effective messaging to attract and retain customers. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to enhance marketing performance.3. Optimizing Growth MarketingImprove the performance of Growth Marketing campaigns by optimizing existing ones and pioneering innovative projects to enhance the marketing mix.4. Market Analysis and InsightsConducting market research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies and tactics.Analyze data to evaluate marketing campaign success and identify trends and insights for optimizing spend, performance, conversion points, and user funnels.5. Technology Utilization and Vendor CollaborationLeverage marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Search Console. Evaluate emerging technologies for potential incorporation.Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners as needed to enhance marketing initiatives and outcomes.6. Lead Qualification and Sales CoordinationLead qualification and management based on predefined criteria, liaising with the sales team and other departments to devise effective strategies.7. KPI Creation and ReportingEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI metrics to monitor strategy evolution, providing regular reports and updates to management.Additionally, the Head of Marketing should have knowledge of marketing tools and technologies, align strategies with the company's vision, and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders for the overall success of the marketing function.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in digital marketing or a related field.Proficiency in English, with fluency in other languages considered a plus.3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles with a proven track record of success.Demonstrated expertise in leading and overseeing SEO/SEM, email marketing, marketing databases, social media, social paid advertising, and WordPress.Proven ability to optimize landing pages and enhance user funnels.Experience conducting A/B and multivariate experiments.Strong proficiency in website analytics tools like Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, and WebTrends.Highly analytical with a data-driven approach.Kept up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo), WordPress, and social media management.Preferred QualificationsExpertise in marketing automation and CRM systems.Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.Social media management expertise.Strong organisational skills and budget management experience.What We Offer:Excellent working environment with a young and dynamic team.40k-50K€ Annual salary.Remote work.Flexibility, work-life balance.23 working vacation days + your birthday.Additional holidays: 24th and 31st of December are also free.Office available to meet the team in person + Annual team buildings so you can meet and have a good time with all your new colleagues.Training grant up to 600€ / year.20€ / month for electricity & internet.Nutrition platform as a social benefit.Flexible remuneration: food, transport, employee discounts, kindergarten, health insurance…Start-up mode!All necessary equipment provided.
