AWWG is the global fashion group which integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.
What will the role entail? We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Manager to join our GIII Marketing team in Madrid.
Execute brand-led marketing strategies for IBERIA, serving as the primary communication point with each client to collaborate and support the success and growth of the DKNY and Donna Karan brand image in the region, acting as an extension of the NYHQ team for IBERIA, and traveling to New York once or twice a year to participate in brand immersion meetings with the NYHQ team.
The Project! - Leading the development of the brand's marketing plans and strategies for Iberia.
- Efficiently managing annual marketing budgets (Oversee all coordination of co-op advertising and trade retail investments; Outline dedicated budgets to support wholesale partners and key clients; Identify opportunities for greater visibility and partnership with wholesale partners).
- Partner with NYHQ team to:- Develop annual marketing plans that are required for the DKNY & DK Brand growth in the region.
- Manage all seasonal media strategies, market priorities for digital, and social.
- Deliver launch plans for new brands (Donna Karan ) in IBERIA.
- Manage marketing executions and brand events executed by brand licenses in IBERIA.
- Managing creative and PR agencies.
- Collaborating with senior team members across all departments to uncover insights and create innovative marketing strategies.
- Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all marketing activities, results, and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Working to continuously ensure the company marketing goals are communicated across the entire organisation.
- Promoting and embedding strong and inspirational leadership to the entire team by demonstrating the company’s values.
- Very high level of English.
constant contact with NY.
- Previous experience in Trade Marketing.
- Experience working with ECI quite evaluable - Availability in the afternoons for the time difference with US
