The opportunity As a Health and Safety Officer, you will join our in-house H&S team at EY GDS Spain.
You will not only help us set all the right standards and regulations but contribute to the overall functioning of our offices and environment in general.

Being part of the preventive team while also providing operational support to the required tasks within the Facilities area.
Your key responsibilities Lead the implementation of strategies, objectives, and action plans for the entire Center, accompanying businesses in the development of pragmatic strategies that guarantee safety at their facilities.
Ensure regulatory compliance for the different businesses that are part of our organization.
Promote corporate projects and procedures in the field of PRL, ensuring their correct implementation.
Supervise the improvement of the prevention data measurement system (including KPIs) that helps monitor the effectiveness of the actions and the evolution of the organization.
Keep up to date with any new knowledge, initiatives, legal developments, etc., in the field of prevention, actively sharing it with the company's professionals.
Collaborate in coordination with the Facilities department, providing support in the daily operational activities required.
To qualify for the role, you must have 2 - 3 years of experience in Health and Safety or PRL (Prevención de Riesgos Laborales) under the Spanish regulatory system.
Experiencience at In-house Prevention Service as preferency.
B2+ level of English.
A Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Law is highly valued, as well as a Master’s degree in a similar area.

Excellent knowledge of MS office.
