HFC & FTTH PLANNING SUPERVISOR

What you’ll do Delivers detailed planning, close supervision of field implementation projects, update of as build implemented projects for fixed Access Network.
Planning supervisor is to be also responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of his team.
This might include things like assigning tasks to individual team members & partners, providing guidance on how best to accomplish those tasks, and ensuring that everyone is working toward the same goal.
Job Responsibilities Ensure the right standards and solutions are developed for deployment in the field (installation standards, documentation standards) Preparing a project’s scope statement, including major milestones and tasks, deliverables, and team members involved in the project.
Developing and implementing strategies for team members to follow throughout the project.
Manage of all the relevant relationships with the local stakeholders.
Field network acceptance (tuning, installation, quality control, doc preparation, labelling of the network).
Manage update of as-Build field and hub network documentation.
Responsible for the connectivity of the fix access network on Hub’s.
Network quality check in terms of signalling and QoS On site Surveys when is needed.
Able to calculate the necessary capacities in the backbone network, as well as to ensure their connection by proposing the most effective solutions.
Able to give field solution under stress circumstances.
Able to calculate civil works and cost.
Who you are At least 3 years’ experience on the related field.
Excellent knowledge of the Fiber Optic Infrastructure FTTB, FTTO, FTTC, FTTA, FTTH, etc.
Analytical thinking, willing to learn, creativity skills, collaboration, and communication skills, open minded, adaptability skills.
Reporting skills.
Ability on performance reporting for large organisations and knowledge of financial measures and related drivers.
Computer knowledge, drawing and Planning software used (AutoCAD, Visio, AND System).
At least 3 years’ experience on the related field.
Availability to travel where and when needed.
Work well with hands.
