HOME WIRELESS LEAD

Role Purpose Responsible for planning and executing Home Wireless propositions according to the overall department’s objectives and accountable for revenue attainment, profitability and success of product through development and execution of comprehensive marketing plan.
Role Profile •    Maximize the commercial value of the customer base by utilizing retention, loyalty, cross and up-sell campaigns & propositions.
•    Analyse of churn trends in relations to promotions / customer aging / ARPU / package / line quality / complaints etc.
•    Perform base segmentation and utilize this in targeting each segment differently which maximizes returns and results.
•    Analyse packages profitability and lead programs to migrate customers from less profitable packages into more profitable ones.
•    Provide other ongoing activities regarding direct to market activities / SMS campaign / outbound campaign / database providing / material and flyers re-printing.
•    assess market and customer dynamics and incorporate into offer development and lifecycle activities.
•    Owning programs/campaigns system catalogues and business rules, working with operational and technology teams as representing business in any ad-hoc projects (system revamp).
•    Develop product and proposition strategy based on evolving market landscape and customer insights.
•    Make sure planned campaigns are well developed & capable of reaching retention/value targets Core Competencies and Requirements •    Strong Communication and Negotiation skills.
•    Solution-oriented analytical skills.
•    Business, finance, marketing and strategic management fundamentals.
Must have technical / professional qualifications.
•    Bachelor degree of Marketing.
•    Minimum of 3 years' experience.
