About the location.
The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes, the hotel was originally opened in within an expansive private estate.
Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June .
Key Responsabilities.
- Set up the host/hostess stand.
- Review the reservation book.
- Make recommendations as to the set-up of the restaurant.
- Welcome the guests at the restaurant.
- Take and handle reservations.
- Check emails and replay back.
- Check and handle the restaurant menus.
- Communicate with her colleagues and managers all the guests needs and requests.
- Handle restaurant floor plan.
- Inspect the cleanliness of each section of the dining room and the private dining room and make necessary improvements as well as check each table prior to opening to ensure its proper set.
Our Ideal Host/ess Shift Leader will have.
We are looking for individuals that are highly motivated team players.
Our ideal candidate will have prior experience as a hostess in a prestigious hotel and the ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations.
He or she will be friendly, outgoing, flexible personality and passion about providing high quality service.
Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
