Under the Guidance of the Outlet Manager youll be responsible for creating a perfect first impression on all guests entering the restaurant/bar, while strategizing the flow of clients, securing large parties and events and ensuring guest have a flawless experience.
reet all guests warmly and by name, escort guests to their table, provide chair assistance for all guests, and menu presentation.

nsure ambiance is appropriate, including music, temperature, lighting.
aintain a clean and organized reception area.
pproach guest and collect information needed to assist with seat and bar arrangements.

ualificationsWhat we are looking for...
egree with emphasis in Hospitality/Restaurant management.+2 years of experience in hospitality within hotels/bars with high volume of food & beverage in a similar administrative role.
nowledge of hotel food & beverage operations.
bility to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.
xcellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
