Desde CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS estamos en búsqueda de un/a HOST/ HOSTESS para trabajar en nuestro nuevo espacio gastronómico SIMULTANEO, ubicado en Plaça Espanya (Barcelona)...
La persona seleccionada será la responsable de asegurarse de la satisfacción del cliente en todo momento, se enfocará a impulsar las ventas, aumentar el ticket medio y mejorar el posicionamiento en las plataformas online...
Estas funciones recogen, entre otros aspectos:.
• Gestionar las reservas en el restaurante..
• Dar la bienvenida a los clientes y acompañarles a la mesa a asignada..
• Entrega y explicación de la carta a los comensales.
• Coordinación con el equipo de sala y barra..
