In this role, you will, contributing to the smooth operation of our HR functions.Be part of our newly formed Global Business Services Center, where you will be responsible to ensure legal compliance with all current regulations in all processes are carried out, and proactively seek opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of the service for specific countries (Spain & Nordic Region)DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain employee master data in our Human Capital Management (HCM) (e.g. hires, changes, departures, etc.) including all related HR documents (e.g. contracts, confirmations, references, work permits, etc.) and communicate changes internally as neededServe as the primary contact for authorities, insurances and payroll inquiriesFirst point of contact for employees’ queries related to their employment, providing excellent customer service and supportCollaborate with several internal and external stakeholders (e.g. employees, HR, external payroll provider, Finance, etc.) to meet all required service level agreements (SLAs)Run recurring and/or ad-hoc reports, ensuring data accuracy and relevance for stakeholdersStay updated on regulatory changes for specific supported locations, ensuring compliance and service accuracyProactively contribute to process improvements, support team projects, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance HR services.Work within global standard procedure to ensure cross-country back-up and peer checks are completed, highlighting issues, and identifying trendsParticipate in internal projects aimed at implementing new tools or processesABOUT YOUMinimum of 2-3 years’ experience in HR Admin & Payrolling ideally in a similar HR Global Business Services functionStrong knowledge of MS Office Suite and ideally of SAP HCM or any other HR systemAdvanced knowledge of Excel required, other reporting knowledge is a plusInterest in working in a project environment and contributing to HR change projectsAbility to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlinesAnalytical, adaptive, proactive personality with strong communication and customer engagementLANGUAGESProficiency in English and Spanish is mandatoryProficiency in one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish) is also requiredWHY JOIN US?Join our dynamic Global Business Services team in Barcelona and contribute to the management of HR processes.
