This role is crucial in maintaining a stable and engaged workforce by ensuring effective management of HR operations and ensuring that employees feel supported and valued.

Main Responsibilities Managing the company’s attendance tool, annual leave, and bank holidays to ensure all data is accurately reflected in the HR system Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives Supporting HR reporting and assisting the HR Manager with projects, including internal initiatives and legal procedures like the Plan de Igualdad, Plan de Acoso, and Plan LGBTQ+ Lead the onboarding process for new hires and manage their information in the HR system Improve current initiatives and bring the HR function to the next level Core Skills/experience A degree in HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a similar field At least 2 years of professional experience in a related field Strong knowledge of Spanish labor laws and regulations Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment Resourceful, proactive, and an out-of-the-box thinker to keep driving improvements A great team player with stealer communication and interpersonal skills
