HR ADVISOR - SPANISH SPEAKING

Provide HR related employee support on HR policies and processes via webchat and emails.
Act as primary contact for employees, interfacing with other functions, Business Partners and 3rd party providers.
Work in a team.
Perform day-to-day administrational tasks using HR systems in alignment with HR processes and policies.
Update knowledge database.
Participate in projects.
What you'll do.
Manage employee queries in written through real-time webchat and emails Resolves complex HR related issues.
Keeping contact with providers and local market Responsible for certain end-to-end HR processes Manage cases within agreed timeframes (SLAs) What you will bring to the team.
HR or Customer Service experience at a multinational company Computer skills (MS Office) Fluent Spanish and English language knowledge both in oral & written form Good communication skills Attention to details Team player who works well in multinational environment Cross-cultural sensitivity SAP, Success Factors or other HRIS knowledge is a plus In return we provide you with.
