Operating as an internationally integrated partnership in over 100 countries and territories, we specialise in audit, tax and advisory services.As part of Forvis Mazars’ strategic move to create a centralized service to serve clients across Europe, we have created Global Compliance & Reporting service with teams, processes and technology that allows multinational groups to meet all its accounting, tax, payroll and legal obligations and commitments, both locally and internationally while having accurate information centralized and delivered from our Center of Excellence (CoE).We are looking for an up-and-coming HR Business Partner experienced in talent acquisition in Spain This is an opportunity to contribute to a strategic project at Forvis Mazars and to work in an English-speaking and truly international environment with a high number of countries across Europe.Your main responsibilities:This role is a great chance to play a key role in a fast-growing entity in collaboration with another countries and set up an efficient and professional HR practice. The main responsibilities include: HR operationsSupport the Head of HR in the definition and actualization of the HR strategy Act as first point of contact for local employees when they have operational HR-related questions and manage all administrative aspects of the HR lifecycle of employeesLead smooth on- and offboarding processes of employees incl. organising employment contracts and setting up the necessary registrations (insurance, payroll etc.)Be proactive in suggesting ideas and designing solutions, and take responsibility for ad hoc projects and initiatives e.g. optimizing processes and implementing digital solutions.Talent Acquisition and Employer brandingPropose and execute the most suitable recruitment strategy incl. sourcing strategy and interview processLead recruitments from briefing with line managers to interviews and negotiationProactively conduct talent mapping and pipelining for strategic positions and maintain and develop a powerful networkPropose and execute the most suitable employer branding strategy incl. target populations and possible channels and eventsYour profile:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related fieldSeveral years of experience in talent acquisition with a track record in active sourcing, ideally in the professional services / consulting sectorFirst knowledge and acquaintance in the broader HR operational aspects incl. Spanish labor lawA good understanding of the Spanish talent market and the possible employer branding strategies and toolsGood presentation skills and ability to interact with all levels of seniority and cultural backgroundsFluent Spanish and English a must, French a plus
