This role may be based in Madrid or Barcelona.If you are passionate about leading cultural changes, managing labor relations and designing innovative organizational strategies, this opportunity could be for you!!Main responsibilitiesDefine and implement talent policies: acquisition, development, promotion, internal mobility, job evaluation and strategic planningDefine and implement salary and social benefits policies, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness and alignment with the organization's strategic objectivesAnalyze and design organizational charts, structures and functions of the different departments to optimize the organizationManage and supervise activities related to personnel administration, guaranteeing adequate compliance with labor benefits and current regulationsLead labor relations with the Works Council and employees, representing the company in negotiations and collective agreements to establish the most appropriate labor framework at the national levelProvide legal advice on everything related to Labor Law, acting as a lawyer representing the Company before the Courts and the Public Labor Administration to ensure effective defense of the Company's legal labor interestsManage strategic labor legal processesLead cultural change projectsOversee the strategic internal communications plan to foster employee engagement and improve perception of the company as a great place to work in external surveysResponsible for ensuring safe and healthy working conditions to protect the safety and health of employeesCorporate Social Responsibility Manager, leading Sustainability and ESG initiatives, with the mission of defining and executing a global project that generates a positive impact on the environment and society in a sustainable and ethical mannerCore skills/experienceBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or Organizational PsychologyMaster’s or Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, People Management, or Strategic HR Management6+ years of experience in HR Management positionsExperience in the industrial, automotive, or similar sectorsExperience in environments with active works councils, where labor law issues are a central focusThe following soft skills would be essential: Leadership, Communication, Negotiation Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Problem-Solving, Conflict Resolution, Decision-Making, Influencing and PersuasionWhat's on offerPermanent ContractInteresting salary package divided into base salary + bonus (company results)Health InsuranceLife InsuranceParkingTwo company carsOur recruitment process?Step 1: Competency interview with one of our Senior Talent Partners to get to know you betterStep 2: In-depth interview with HM and TA departmentStep 3: Assessment center (1day in Madrid)Step 4: Coffe chat with Managing Director
