Do you enjoy working in the HR field and supporting customers with their onboarding and contracts?If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and have excellent communication skills, we have an exciting opportunity for you in Valencia, Spain!Your responsibilities and impact as an HR Payroll Support for the fintech industry will be:Engage with customers and app users via email, chat, and phone, ensuring swift and effective assistance.Ensure all contract-related activities are flawlessly executed. Assist new employees with their onboarding process and handle administrative tasks, such as VSO agreements and time registrations.Verify the accuracy of all documents, arrange work permits, and stay updated on Dutch legislation (NDA, GDPR - you’re well-versed in these!).Process customer feedback and assist in managing back-office functions. Keep everyone informed and ensure smooth operations.
