Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to join our Human Resources team in the Global Payroll & International Projects area.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining HR control and planning systems, providing crucial information for strategic decision-making.
Main Functions.
Periodically design and develop the HR dashboard, integrating elements from various management dimensions.
Analyze and synthesize the main messages from the dashboard to present to management, proposing action plans when necessary.
Prepare and manage reports required by the Group.
Design and implement a dynamic workforce planning model, ensuring alignment with financial planning.
Ensure the quality, robustness, consistency, and integrity of data used in HR reports.
Provide cross-functional support to the Global Payroll & International Projects area in various initiatives and projects.

Qualifications Requirements and Capabilities.
Education.
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
Proven experience in designing and managing quantitative models.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Ability to coordinate reports and initiatives with different HR areas at local and international levels.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to extract and present key messages effectively.
Initiative and proactivity in proposing and developing improvements.
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of data management and statistical analysis.
Desirable.
2 years of experience in a similar role Knowledge of HR management systems.
Experience in international projects.
