• A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills about Employee Case management and Change management.
• Bachelor's Degree Labor Relations, Labor Legislation, Psychology, Administration and Management.
• High experience in team management BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE.
• Intermediate proficiency in Employee Relations • Advanced proficiency in HR Analytics • Beginner proficiency in Change Management • Advanced proficiency in Employee Processes Design • Beginner proficiency in Acquisitions integration • Intermediate proficiency Payroll Processing background Technical Skills.
o Microsoft Office (excel, power point, word, Teams etc...), Sharepoint o Workday, SAP or other ERP background o Advanced English Soft Skills.
