About the role Are you passionate about nurturing talent and ensuring a seamless HR experience? Reckitt is searching for an HR Trainee.
You’ll be responsible for supporting HR Team and providing hands-on in specific functions within the company such as People Operations & Training.
Your responsibilities People Operations •        Prepare HR documents and correspondence •        Support the Global Payroll team by transferring information, documents, and local inquiries for payroll preparation and payment •        Processing reports •        Dealing with day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with the current policies and procedures •        Other ad hoc duties as required by the HR department, including participation in project work Training.
•        Support in the different procedures of the designed training plan for the organization.
ensure the trainings have place in the right moment, contact with providers, manage FORCEM, agendas, event facilities etc.
The experience we're looking for •        Degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration or similar •        High English level required •        Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating •        Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles •        Ability to think outside the box •        Ability to work autonomously and as a team The skills for success HR Process Improvement, Process management, HR Process improvement, Strategic mindset, HR Data Analsyis, Data management, Employee data management, Operational Excellence, Commercial acumen, Solutioning.
