Descripción del empleo Do you want to be part of the Rituals growth in Spain within an international environment? In our HR Department we are looking for a HRBP willing to be part of this exciting project.

As a HRBP at Rituals, you will contribute to develop and optimize the HR strategy in our 100 stores of Spain, working closely with the internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent results and improvements in terms of personnel, HR procedures, talent management and business culture.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Provide measurable input to define the direction of HR that support managers in optimizing results and allocating resources optimally.
Adapt/enchance quality and value in existing HR methods.
Identify problems, analyze complex HR issues and modify working methods.
Check business needs of operations Retail/WHS to achieve our targets and be the workplace of choice for our heartbeats.
Legal advise and management of legal actions.
Interface between Services and Operations.
Transfer guidelines into the business.
Advise and handling of touchpoints of employee live cycle (recruiting, onboarding, comp&ben, retention, values, Health&safety, performance management, learning&development).
Create trainings and support meetings in HR topics.
Create formats for employee participation in cooperation with business.
Hours per week.
40h Requisitos Bachelor's Degree or specialized studies in HR.
At least 6 years in HR advisory job, preferably in a retail environment.
Availability to travel nationally (50% of the month).
High English level, to work daily in an international environment.
Service mentality to support the different teams.
Proactivity and creative capacity to solve problems.
Communication habilities.
