HRTP - WORKDAY FUNCTIONAL WORKSTREAM SME

Skillsearch is helping a collaborative company recruit an HRTP - Functional Workstream SME (Compensation) to join their inclusive and collaborative HR team on a contract basis.
This remote HRTP role offers an attractive hourly rate.
As a Functional Workstream SME, you will be responsible for working as part of the Compensation/Advanced Compensation workstream to design HR processes.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do.
Determine the end-to-end design of the company's Global Workday solution for given processes within the Core workstream under the leadership of the Workstream Lead and cooperation with a Workday functional consultant and business representatives   Incorporate requirements of the assigned countries to ensure correct Workday configuration and business processes that meet the need of each country and their respective legal requirement   Assist with the change request process when applicable   Participate in global end to end process mapping and roll out to countries.
To succeed in this flexible role, you will need proven HR process management experience by having successfully deployed HR business processes of global scope, with significant aspects of complex IT implementation, organisational transformation and ambitious value creation targets.
You will also require the following.
A graduate or post-graduate degree in Business Management, HR or related discipline   5+ years of work experience and knowledge in several fields of HR Business Processes, Human Resources Information Systems or Compensation in roles at large technological and industrial companies with complex organisations and multi-cultural management   Experience with Workday.
You'll receive an excellent contract rate in return for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.
