Would you like to join us?Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the legally required activities.Ensure that the company complies with all legal requirements in the area of occupational health and safety and represent the company during safety inspections and audits.Implement the ISO 45001 standard.Lead the integration of the health and safety department into the group's parent company.Provide technical advice on occupational health and safety to management and the company’s employees, promoting continuous improvement.Coordinate and ensure that emergency plans are up to date, that emergency drills are conducted, and that emergency teams are trained.Coordinate the identification and assessment of risks for all job positions.Coordinate the planning and monitoring of preventive activities.Ensure that the department’s materials and budget are adequate to comply with the Occupational Health and Safety plan.Define annual objectives in the area of health and safety and promote and ensure their achievement.Manage and control personal protective equipment and operational controls.Participate in management meetings.Prepare reports and summaries for management.Collaborate with mutual accident insurance providers and external prevention services.Inspect field work to ensure it is carried out in accordance with Health and Safety requirements and to detect unsafe acts and conditions.Qualifications and RequirementsDegree in Technical Engineering and Master's in Industrial Safety and Occupational Risk Prevention with the three specializations: Workplace Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics.Knowledge of national and international legislation on Occupational Risk Prevention and Labor Law.At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.What do we offer?:Permanent contractExcellent work environmentFull social benefits program for you and your family
