At the same time, we carry the energy and ambition of a young company, born to become a benchmark in the infrastructure, water, and energy sectors.🔍What are we looking for?Lantania is seeking a dynamic and experienced HSEQ Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience in Quality, Safety, and Environmental management for international construction projects and industrial facilities. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, coordinating, and monitoring the Integrated Management System (IMS) across Lantania's international projects.Location: Seville or Madrid.📢 Responsibilities Establish, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 across Lantania's subsidiaries and international projects.Provide support and assistance in monitoring the IMS and project-specific HSEQ programs, plans, and management system components, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.Ensure project sites comply with all current safety and environmental regulations and monitor adherence to all relevant regulatory, contractual, and company requirements.Work with project teams to identify, follow up on, and resolve non-compliance issues, areas for improvement, and other gaps related to applicable regulations, contract requirements, and Lantania corporate policy.Control and monitor HSEQ and ESG KPIs, providing continuous support to international project teams. Submit monthly reports to the Corporate IMS Director.Prepare reports and track recommended corrective actions associated with completed compliance checks, incident reports, and observations.Provide support for international bids.Schedule and lead internal audits and inspections to verify the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System.Develop, implement, and monitor an HSEQ training plan.📢 Qualifications and RequirimentsCollege diploma or university degree (a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is highly desirable).Health & Safety Qualification recognized by Spanish authorities: University Master's in Prevention of Occupational Risks (specializations in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Ergonomics).A Master's in Integrated Management Systems and/or Environmental Management will be highly valued.Knowledge and experience working with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.Experience in conducting audits and ISO certifications.On-site experience is required.Advanced level of English (daily use of English for both written and spoken communication is required).This position requires national and international travel (approximately 25% to 40% of the time, depending on business needs).🧑‍🤝‍🧑 What do we offer?Stability.Competitive salary.Flexible remuneration plan.Career development plan.💪🌉 Join us in the development of major infrastructures that transform the world.Our processes are designed to prevent any form of discrimination throughout your career regarding gender, identity, expression, sexual orientation, religion, race, age, neurodiversity, differing abilities, citizenship, or any other aspect that makes you different and unique.
